God’s Will for All Mankind

It is the Heavenly Father’s will that everyone come into the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and have a right relationship with HIM, The Father. HE wanted a people, His creation to have free will to love Him, worship Him, praise Him, rejoice in Him, live in Him and much, much more. Our Heavenly Father could have created us with a spirit of fear of HIM to control our lives. This fear would compel us to do everything and anything He wanted us to do. It was in the power of the Heavenly Father to do that when He created us. However, He wanted a people who would choose between the truth and deception, love and hate, holiness and wickedness and the worship of the Most High God and the worship of idols. Our Heavenly Father foreknew that if He gave us free will we would struggle with the choices between truth and untruth.

Everything The Heavenly Father created was and is good, but He foreknew we would use the good He created… for evil. He knew that by giving us a spirit that lives in a body of flesh and possesses a soul, we would always be struggling with the truth of who we were created to be and are, and what our soul wants us to be through the pleasures of the flesh. The vehicle for free will is through the pleasures of the flesh and that vehicle is directed by the soul. The plan of the Heavenly Father was that our life in the body should be directed by our spirit. The Heavenly Father foreknew that our spirit would need help in overcoming the passions of the soul (emotions and thought life) and the pleasures of the flesh, our body. It is the passions of our soul and the pleasures of our flesh that separates us from the Heavenly Father and the truth of who we are, why he created us, and what we have been given.
